The product works so well and customer service gets five stars all by itself. Not long after receiving. I was attaching tons of patches to my girls vest and the needle broke in half. I reached out to the company and they quickly responded and sent me a new needle. I'm so happy with this purchase and company.

I love it. I have told so many people about it. I'll carry it in our troop travel bag. Girls are always having trouble with patches coming off. I'll just fasten them back on and let the parent know. We suffer NO lost patches.
